We act as Canadian Reinsurance Counsel for cedants,
reinsurers, and retrocessionaires in high value disputes relating to accident and health,
asbestos, auto (including AB), commercial liability and
property, facultative and treaty reinsurance (including
contract wordings), life, D&O, E&O, product liability,
specialty lines, and technology.
We ensure achievement of client objectives by working in
close cooperation with corporate counsel and cedant or reinsurance
officers, and with market intermediaries or consultants.
We have experience in conducting reinsurance disputes in
litigation and arbitration practice.
