Dave is a senior litigator whom the Law Society of Upper Canada has designated as a specialist in Civil Litigation. His practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury work for both plaintiffs' class action group and employment matters. He was a member of the plaintiff's class action group for the Walkerton contaminated water claim. He also has a professional negligence practice where he typically represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice matters, and lawyers in negligence claims.
